I'm doing the 800 calories per day diabetes diet.. Was pre diabetic and was feeling bad... since this Monday to Friday I've lost 9.5 lb. still going strong.. phew it's been hard the first 2 days and ok now.

Nice work! You may want to take a look at fasting, which I found both easier and more effective than a Very Low Calorie Diet. Much continued success!
