Things are going well....still losing and making better decisions about how I am choosing to live my life and take care of my body... I am down over 20 lbs since I began this journey and it has been "easy". I use that term loosely...lifestyle changes aren't easy, however that being said I have travelled this road many times...and I have fallen into the ditch just as many. Compared to times in the past it feels easy and I truly believe this is a sign that I was 100% ready this time. I am not fighting with myself...there are no conflicting commentaries going on in my head...every part of me finally wants the same thing...a happier, healthier me!
Side note: 27 pounds to my initial goal...I am almost half way there.....it feels soooo good to be in charge...
