Today, I am proud to say I'm able to log my first exericse! I decided since I'm 100 pounds lighter, and I can move a bit better, I needed to start adding some exercise into my life. I went with aquacise. The class is actually an aquacise/rusty hinges combined. I need something easy, and low impact since I have a ton of scar tissue buildup in my spine, and nerve damage in one leg.

I had a great time, even if I was the youngest person there. Who cares, right? I'm there to get myself moving and drop some more weight. The little old ladies there were so sweet. :) I did find that I am going to need to invest in a smaller size swim bottoms for my tankini. The ones from last year are too big, and I was yanking them up a lot. I so did not want to have a swimsuit malfunction! Lol.

I'm also down another pants size. Four sizes so far! I never in my life thought I'd be able to say that. It feels wonderful! I'm starting to see a little bit of a waist, and I now know what it feels like to be actually hungry, instead of just emotional eating. I'll be three weeks soda free this coming Wednesday. Even tho I still crave Dr. Pepper, I am sticking to the promise I made to myself.

I want to be healthy and live life. I do not want to gain all this weight back, and become the person I was before. I do not want to become a hermit, barely leaving the house, and letting my weight and my anxiety rule my life anymore. It may have taken me 32 years, but I am taking my life back.

You are doing great! That is great you are doing that exercise. Sounds like a fun way to get in shape and lose weight. And you're not doing it alone.
