Journey to the Stage

Today I feel: I feel like I am running uphill but falling backwards. This is so hard! I talked to a fellow competitor and she said what I am going through is normal for your second competition season. It really test your resolve.

Family Thoughts: We had movies and munchie day because my son finished his reading program and it was difficult to get through. I knew that I couldn't allow myself to be hungry. I stuffed Kale in my mouth and had a little more protein just to keep me satiated.

Workout: I still haven't worked out hard yet. I'll get back to it.

Food: I just wish cheat days would come a little sooner!

Misc: I wish my body could talk. I don't understand why I can't lose weight. The math isn't adding up and I hope I didn't damage my body in any way.

Keep up your effort... and don't get too frustrated! You may "FEEL" like your running up hill and falling backwards, but your "body DOES TALK", and it tells me you're doing JUST FINE! :) Hope you start running "downhill" soon!
