Well, my diet pretty much went out the window today. Went thrift store shopping with my mom, sis, and two nieces today. We left about 10 am, and by 3pm I was dizzy and shaking, At first I thought it was a panic attack starting, but quickly realized it was because I had ate nothing all day! I forgot to eat. How in the hell can a fat girl forget to eat??
Mom ending up taking us to a local mexican restaurant for a late lunch. I tried picking something healthy, but I was shaking so bad, and sick to my stomach, and I just wanted food. I ended up eating two chicken enchiladas with sour cream sauce and a side of rice and beans. Not to mention the small queso and chips I shared with my niece. Oh, AND two glasses of Dr. Pepper. :/
I was so stupid to not snack, or at least grab a yogurt before I left the house. So of course all I wanted to do was hoover everything in sight. Then we stopped at a local Braums before heading home. I had a large twist yougurt, but didn't eat the cone.
I ended up having a wonderful day out with my family tho. Found some nice vintage toys. Some I'll keep, others I'll sell. I did a lot of walking, so by the time we hit Walmart for my sis to grab some groceries, I was give out. My bad leg, and back were hurting so bad, I knew I wouldn't be able to make it around the store even with my cane. So I broke down and rode an electric cart. I HATE riding those things! I always feel like everyone is looking at me and staring at the lardass in the cart. :( Now I'm at home with my TENS unit on, and some Advil in my stomach.
