Did just over a mile today on the treadmill. I am doing good on getting some kind of exercise. I have been pretty good about food during the day when I am at work but when I get home I fall apart. Going to keep working on it and have good "fast foods" to grab quickly because when I get home I am usually starving and just grab whatever. I am also having a problem with working out. I am a diabetic and after I work out I am having a problem with my blood sugar going too low. Any suggestions on that? Thanks!

I am not sure so much on the diabetic part, have you tried natural fruits to help with your after work out time? I also have been pre-prewashing/chopping and prepackaging my veggies in the fridge so that when I am in a hurry I can open up the door and just grab them to eat fast when I get home. That has helped. Low fat yogurt, sugar free jello, low fat cheese sticks have also helped when I have a sweet craving. The jello could be good for sugar free / for diabetes? If you are on the Nutrisystem I would recommend going on their website and posting the question. They have a section and diet for diabetics. If you email them direct, I bet you can get a good more answers there. Keep up the good work.
