Well I thought I started last week but I gained 5 pounds. I didn't watch it very well. On the upside, I haven't had a smoke in 6 days!! That probably didn't help with the weight but I am not going to worry about it. It will pass. I just have to start today and be good. I start two challenges today so I am considering myself with a clean slate! Good Luck everyone!
