Started over on my FatSecret on Sunday, for some reason my phone wasnt syncing to the online so its all messed up until yesterday. I am going to do it this time and keep it off I am tired of doing the yo-yo all the time. I am a major eater and that keeps my weight somewhere between 175 and 180 so its usually not difficult for me to take it off (just eat normal) but it never stays off.. I have 3 new grandaughters this year and a 5 year old grandson, I want to be able to take them to the pool or to the park (walking) with out getting tired or being embarrassed in a swim suit, I also have a heart issue (PVC's) that I am hoping will let up if i get some of the weight off...
