Im back...I did not leave or quit...I was down for the count last week with my injury and with the holiday and the chaos that comes with it I did not do any logging or journaling...But now that the holiday is over I am back in full force...well almost full force, still in a little pain. Today was my first day back at the gym since my incident and I took it easy....I am hurting a little bit but it is over taken by the fact that I was so happy to get back into the routine.
