OK, I haven't weighed in for over two weeks!! The holidays are finally over. I am sure I gained a few back. I have started back on fat smash and have been sticking to it all day. The hardest thing for me is going to be the soda again. I drank way too much over the holiday. I am setting my sights high and aiming for my goal! I know that I can do it with little steps at a time!
