Today I ate a lot of junk. Part of it may have been my fear of accepting the challenge of no junk food for a week (I thought it was 2). Also, I worked breakfast today and I love breakfast at McDonald’s more than lunch or dinner. Ahh. I don’t know why I needed a cinamelt though. It was pretty yummy except for the last two bites! Fessing up to the calories wasn’t fun though.
One thing I have noticed since tracking what I eat daily is that I don’t eat enough food on average, and definitely not enough healthy food. I need to go buy more fruits and veggies. This was also my finals week so it was kind of a stressful week.
Along with taking the no junk food challenge, I am also going to do the WiiFit for 30 minutes every day challenge for the next four weeks. I think that if I can do this for the next 4 weeks it will become a habit and I can continue it when the Spring Semester starts. Hopefully it works!
Also, I know I drink way too much caffeine! I am addicted to Tim Horton’s coffee (yum!) and tea. I just can’t resist. Maybe I will buy some decaf tea. I just love my tea when I come home.
