33 minutes on the Wiifit today! (11 minutes yoga and strength training, 2 minutes balance, and 20 minutes walking)
Had a christmas party at work today..I ate terrible!! But it was sooo yummy!!!! :)

30 minutes on the Wiifit today!! I did 10 minutes of Advanced Boxing (I LOVE it!!), 5 minutes of hoola hoops, 5 minutes of dance steps, and 10 minutes of free step. Loving the wiifit!!!

Quick Updates:
- Not doing so well on the no junk food challenge. Indeed I am failing miserably. I am not a failure, but being honest, I should have thought about the challenge more before I took it on.
- I need to revamp the way I eat. I may not be out of the daily calories but I eat crap. That needs to stop!
- I love this website, so awesome!
- I exercised on the WiiFit for 34 minutes today! I am loving it! Today I did 7 minutes of balance games, 7 minutes of an exercise set (2 yoga moves and 1 strength training that I don't remember the name of), and 20 minutes of walking while watching tv (love this!)
- My arms are sore today from Wii boxing yesterday. I will be doing that tomorrow again!
- For some reason under exercise it says I burn an insane amount of calories in resting...I don't know where that came from or how to change it but it's annoying.

This morning I did my WiiFit for 32 minutues. According to my WiiFit I weigh 121, so I am going to change my weight to that (I am not sure how accurate that is, but I’ll go by that because that’s the only scale I have here). On the Wii I did the advanced step twice, hula hoop once (I suck at this!), boxing twice (I love this!!!), and the jogging thing once (that’s just okay to me). I really love the boxing and the step ones, they are so much fun!
Tomorrow when I do it, I will do more like yoga, balance, and strength exercises. When I used to do WiiFit often, I would do aerobics one day and then the other stuff on the next day so I am going to try to stick to that.
Also, I know that I was going to do the junk food challenge but I think it’s a very bad week for me to do it. First of all, Christmas is Saturday and second of all tomorrow is my last day at my internship and I was going to bring them in cookies. I don’t want to be a quitter, but at the same time…I already had these things going on. I am not sure what to do about that.
