If only I had skipped dessert and the appetizer...darn me for giving in to temptation...dessert sampler really....and you had to try everything...Its ok though...I still had a deficit overall, maybe my body needed that little treat. I have been working it so hard! My gym buddy and I have personal training session on Monday so I will just tell her I need to have my butt kicked a little harder.
