I think this website looks great! I really just want to stay healthy and become more toned. I am starting my winter break from school, so I have a good 4 weeks to get into a routine that I can continue through my last semester of undergrad!
I really like the idea of challenges on here because that seems like it would help me to get motivated.
I haven't set an exercise goal yet, but I think it will be using my WiiFit.
Also, McDonald's will be in my food groups a lot, because I work there as a manager, so I obviously spend a lot of time there! For the most part though, I only eat salads from there (and Reese's flurries which I need to stop doing!).
I don't want to restrict myself to what I can and can't have, but I want to overall eat a healthier, balanced diet.
