Well I just signed up today and am ready to lose the last 15-20lbs that I want to get off. I have already lost 20lbs on an 8wk rapid weight loss regimen at my local Medical Weight Loss Clinic. I am 3wks past the end of the program, have maintained my weight loss so far and am ready to shed some more! Any help "buddies" would be super!
