Finally the scale has started moving again. It has been 5-6 weeks with no loss. It was starting to bother me, but I did a good look at all the other positive issues and kept to the plan. I can walk further than I have been able to in the last 15 years, my clothes are all too big, I can sit on almost any chair without the fear of it collapsing, I can fit in a booth when dining out, it's all so good. For all you who are struggling with a plateau, just keep going. You will only fail if you quit.
