I had a few down days. I did not eat well or track it, and I did limited exercise. I am not sure why I hit such a down mode, but I am back up on it today. Got exercise in, going to be doing some deep housework- back to tracking my food and holding myself accountable. Trying not to beat myself up. Just getting back to working on it. I would be very unrealistic if I thought that I would never have a bad day. At least now, they are fewer and farther between. Here's to turning it around and not continuing the downward spiral! NEW DAY
