badan berasa berattt si emang. trs krna asupannya ga dikontrol jd poop nya aga susah nihh :’ gapapa gapapa semangat buat kita! sekalian ngelatih mental, kira2 kalo bb naik krna ga kontrol makan + ga olahraga bakal balik dlm waktu berapa lama. buat tantangan baru :))))
