Brownies Ubi Ungu Bahan Brownies : 200gr ubi ungu / ubi apa aja boleh (yg telah di kukus) 50 gr oat instant (aku pake quacker) 10 gr almond bubuk 15 gr cocoa bubuk 25 ml susu cair coklat (aku pake ultra lowfat) 7 gr minyak kelapa (aku pake minyak jagung tropicana slim) 10 gr madu (aku pake madu kurma) 10 gr choco chips (aku pake colatta) Olesan brownies : 10 gr selai coklat (aku pake spread tropicana slim) 10 gr susu kental manis (aku pake tropicana slim) Cara Membuat : Blender halus ubi kukus lalu masukkan semua bahan. Blender lagi hingga tercampur rata (aku pake blender kapsul / chopper ) Tuang ke loyang yg telah dialasi kertas roti (aku pake cup aluminium foil yg uk 8x4 masing2 adonan beratx 120gr per cup dan jadix 3 cup) Panggang di oven api atas bawah dgn suhu 170 Setelah matang, tuang olesan brownies ratakan Taburi almond panggang ~ Selamat Mencoba ~

Aku makan cuman 2 potong aja udah kenyang banget.. Dan beneran enak 🤤👍🏻 1 cup itu bisa jadi 4 potong..
