Only been back at it for a few days. I am trying to be consistent with my food intake and my exercise. I am down a little bit just in a few days and I know that I will go up and down as I take this journey. For my health and well being it has been too long! I had a lot going on this year and was able to at least maintain and not gain much weight- 2-3 lbs. I have my goal in mind and I am going to keep envisioning myself at my goal weight! Every day is a step toward better eating!
