feeling great about making choices while I was out yesterday for girls night...appetizer, dinner, and dessert for less than 1000 calories at a chain restaurant calls for celebration in my eyes...I am noticing that I am not drinking nearly enough water though and I am sure it is going to come and bite me in the butt...
