So close to saying Good Bye to the 260's. I can taste it! Getting so close to my first goal is for my wedding rings to fit me once again. I tried them last week and they are close. It breaks my heart that I have not been able to wear them for last 2 years of my 2.5 year marriage. My husband offered several times for us to get them re sized but I was sure I would wear them again as the scale continued to climb. He does not know how close I am and I know he will be so proud and happy when they fit again. After that goal, my next goal is to drop below 200. Ya know the "oneder" land. Oh, what a day that will be. I have to keep sight of my dreams~those coming true are what keep me plugging away. When I lose site of my goals, becomes impossible to move forward. I return to work tonight for three, maybe two nights on. I am working on getting Sunday off for my faith formation class that meets on Sunday nights but it is not looking promising. I am the charge nurse which causes me to only be able to trade nights with 2 out of 15 people. I am working today on getting my food ready, so I will be successful. I did get my new bike yesterday. A Trek that is red. My hubby has washed and waxed it and replacing the inter tubes. We bought it used off Craig's list for $150 which was a great deal. I am looking forward to riding it home from work in the am. I don't know if I mentioned before that my hubby drives me to work, locks my bike up and after my 12 hour night shift, I ride it home 6 miles. It is how I get my cardio on my work days. 12 hour shifts, sleep, shower and lunch packing is about all the time I have during my stretch of work days. I hope everyone is well, healthy, happy and reaching for the stars~

Hugs~Phyllis G.

Way to go Phyllisgreen! I wish I could ride my bike 1 mile without being winded. You are awesome and you are now my inspiration!!! I never take my wedding rings off and with the weight gain, I cannot get them off. I had medical procedure a couple of months ago and they required the rings be removed but that was not doable so they just put taped around them. My goal is to loose enough to be able to remove them when necessary. Keep being a loser.

keep it up Phyllis!! I actually had to have my wedding ring cut off, because I had gained so much, and it was starting to cut off circulation. I am kind of thankful that I had misplaced my engagement ring!! I finally found it, but couldn't get it on. I started wearing it as a pinky ring!! Well, it has started to slip off my right pinky, so I tried it and it fits now!!! The hubby said that once I reach my first goal, he will buy me another one. Hope you have a wonderful weekend!!

Wow, what a fighter you are!! That type of dedication will have you soaring out of the sixties in no time. I, too, am anxiously awaiting my arrival to one-derland. Not long ago I was in the sixties, I remember them fondly :-) One day at a time, one pound at a time we will get there. Have a blessed weekend :-)
