I'm back, stronger then ever! I went to the Dentist and eye appointment this morning. My DH pulled into Olive Garden and I gave him the look of death. He then stated "Um, lets go home and have lunch." I think he knows that I'm done talking and butt kicking is what is next. (tehe)

Feels so good to have my smile back on my face and my determination strong. We are about to go to Orlando and try to pick up my bike. Long story about the delays but hopefully it works out today.

I have a bright smile and some sleek, sexy modern glasses. I am very pleased with them and how they look. I guess it is a all around "feel good about yourself" day~

Planing my second trip to the gym tonight. Leg, core and cardio-work out planned. My arms are still sore from Monday but starting to feel better. Still thinking about a personal trainer. I really don't know what to do to achieve the body I want. Has anyone had experience with a personal trainer? How did it work for you?

Beautiful, sunny day here in Florida. I love this weather now that the humidity is improving. I hope everyone has a great day with good choices and some great exercise.

That sounds more like it! Chin up, chest out - show 'em whose boss. You rock! Can't wait to see the new glasses, bet they are just as sexy and beautiful as you are. DH should realize just how lucky he is. Someone brought in a 4 pound tin of cookies to work today - I guess they thought we needed more junk food to go along with the candy, nuts, popcorn, bagels and trail mix. Not going to have any though. Just ate my grilled chicken, red pepper strips and laughing cow cheese. Going to eat my yummy apple now. I am going to get that scale to move downward this month if it kills me!
