I cannot wait for this week to be over so I can get back to some sense of normalcy...getting together every night because family is in town is not being nice to my plan. Then to top all that off I missed two days at the gym this week because of my darn knee... and now that the knee is starting to feel a little better, my ankle is acting up...can I just cut that left leg off...I think I might lose about 25-40 lbs with that one...(can I count that as a loss?)

Oh Melissa! You can't win for losing. Poor thing! Whats going on with your ankle? Is everyone leaving after the funeral on Monday? Are you taking you little one? If not, I can watch her for you. If you cut off your leg, you would lose a good amount, but I think it may make it a little hard to do step, zumba, and swimming. lol I'm sure they could make a few modifications for you, but it may just be easier to give your body time to heal. No matter how bad you deter from your plan, remember that you are making better "bad" decisions than you would have a month ago.
