So I made it through birthday weekend alive. Ate like crap but better than I would have in the past. Today I disappointed myself the most...why did I eat 6 pieces of pizza? Why did I eat four pieces of fried chicken? Well because I over indulged on something I rarely get, ham and pineapple no sauce, seriously who other than I eats that, noone in my house. And that darn father-in-law, sweet as pie but he is the fried chicken fairy and brought it over...

No trouble with the calorie eating today...UGH!

At least you kept it within your calories! Pizza and Fried chicken could have destroyed your day RDI wise, but you did great managing the oh so good "bad" options
