So I made it through birthday weekend alive. Ate like crap but better than I would have in the past. Today I disappointed myself the most...why did I eat 6 pieces of pizza? Why did I eat four pieces of fried chicken? Well because I over indulged on something I rarely get, ham and pineapple no sauce, seriously who other than I eats that, noone in my house. And that darn father-in-law, sweet as pie but he is the fried chicken fairy and brought it over...
No trouble with the calorie eating today...UGH!
