ada yang tau ngga kapan kita termasuk kategori light exercise, moderate exercise, heavy exercise? maksudnya, selain frekuensi exercise per minggu, adakah hubungannya sama durasi dan intensitas exercisenya? aku mau ngitung TDEE tp msh bingung, takutnya overestimate. aku exercise tiap hari, sehari rata2 40-60 menit di intensitas rendah atau sedang. itu udah masuk moderate atau msh light? thank u yg udah mau jawab.. 😄
