I had a dream last night that I woke up on time to go jogging this morning, but then it was too bright outside for me to want to go. I was so upset!
Then I woke up and it was like one in the morning and I set an alarm to get up on time to go jogging, 5 am, but then I woke up at three anyway and just stayed awake and left at 5. And before you think I sleep all crazy, I was just tired last night and went to bed at like 7. hahahah. :)
I jogged for 20 minutes without taking a walking break!!! That's new for me because usually I sprint and then walk, I can't usually go slow enough to be able to jog that long without walking.
Although I must admit it felt easier than when I sprint and then walk. Sprinting and walking kicks my ass, which is good, but I was too lazy to want to do that this morning.
But yeah jogging at 5 in the morning for about 25 minutes and 5 minutes of walking is my level of "lazy" this morning, so that's good :D
Oh, and I weighed 141.4 this morning. I weighed myself after jogging just for fun, I weighed 140.8! I wish! Hahah. Almost there. :)
OH! And also, if you all have a hard time motivating yourself to jog, seriously, I was jogging and I turn the corner and run a block from my house and there's a huge rat running across the sidewalk, then there are a bunch of bums at the bus stop, then I run to the park and there are three more bums there, one sleeping, and two walking on the trail. Scarrrry. Seriously.
But I also saw two old men, one jogging who said good morning to me and it was so motivating, I love seeing other people exercising all early in the morning like I do because I don't know anyone who does that. And another old guy was walking. Hahah. I guess I'm like an old man :D
