Looks like the elliptical is working. Four pounds down this week and I am sure I also added some muscle so that makes the fat loss even higher. I also had to add three holes to my belt for it to be snug so that's three plus inches gone from my waist.

Don't you love the feeling when you have to add a hole to your belt? I bought one recently to wear to a party, and grabbed my normal extra large... had to have the boyfriend had another one for me so it would fit and will need another to actually have it snug.
