Feeling frustrated today. Sometimes I wonder why I don't physically feel a lot better. Stairs just seem like they never get easier on my knees. I have lost just shy of 100 pounds, do 50+ squats at a time, working out on the elliptical several times a day (can only do 5 or so mins at a time) and going down stairs is still a pain. After loosing that much weight and adding exercise, I thought it would be easier. I will keep on working but my mindset is not great at the moment.
