I just spent a couple HOURS setting up an exercise calendar with all of my goals for my challenges that I'm part of.
I'm excited. It looks awesome. It's colour-coded and everything. And I'm determined to do ALL of my exercise.
I don't want to fail at all.
I'm excited to lose weight and be as small as I used to be :)
If I manage to lose 15 lbs in two months (one of my challenges) then I'll only be 10 lbs heavier than I was when I met my boyfriend and it will be easy to lose those and get down to 118 if I keep exercising, and I have 6 weeks of exercise already planned after that for part of my own challenge that I started which is the Exercise for Life plan.
Woohoo I can do this :P
