I wondered why I wasn't losing right...I forgot to count my creamer for the coffee, and wasn't measuring it right. I was also drinking, and now we'll see if I can get it really going.

I will try to exercise 30 minutes a day, and am also using a pedometer to try to keep moving all day.
88.9 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 24.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

In my experience alcohol is much more of an issue than cream. No calories are burned until after the alcohol is metabolized and this is not the same for cream. Also, Atkins depends on our getting enough fat so cream is a good thing. Besides--how could we give up cream in our coffee?????
