Had a minor surgical procedure on Thursday....soooo no exercise. But id make it to work Friday, and managed to follow the dog around for 15 minutes. I also bought a pedometer so I can try to get moving more at work, but I'm a cashier so spend a lot of time standing around. When you see standing that's what it's all about.
