We tried baking our sausage patties for breakfast. They were okay but not too bad. Hubby does things a bit different than perhaps I would have but I'm glad he tried something different. Most important, He is trying. That's what matters to me. For dinner, I used canned chicken, rinsed off the fat and replaced the flavors in the chicken and dumplings with spices and seasonings. Made drop dumplings with GV Baking Mix. Turned out great and easy. A nice quick dinner since we had guests in. Side dish was mixed fruit of halo oranges, two kinds of apples and banana. Went over very well, tasted great and was pretty low fat and low cal. Win-Win.
