I really should be losing more weight, but I'm having some metabolism issues. But I did fit into a pair of shorts I haven't been able to wear for months. So instead of focusing on weight, I need to focus on my food, adjust my calories a bit, and keep moving. Today will be about an hour of rerally vigorus exercise, and things are tighter than they used to be, so I may be gaining muscle.

Over all I'm pretty pleased today.
93.0 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 28.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It's always great to get into old clothes isn't it? I have a pair of shorts that if and when I get into them I will have reached my gaol. Funny how one pair of shorts can change everything, lol. Your doing great!

An 8 year old pair of skinny jeans with a low waist.... I miss my favorite shorts though... did a belt as long as I could, but they are toast.
