I really should be losing more weight, but I'm having some metabolism issues. But I did fit into a pair of shorts I haven't been able to wear for months. So instead of focusing on weight, I need to focus on my food, adjust my calories a bit, and keep moving. Today will be about an hour of rerally vigorus exercise, and things are tighter than they used to be, so I may be gaining muscle.
Over all I'm pretty pleased today.
