I am finally going back down. After talking with Baylor I have increased my calories to 2,000 and net carbs 25 and it's working. It was a little hard getting all the veggies in but I am looking forward to them. I am eating most of all my vegetable carbs through lunch and then dinner I don't have to stress eating so many at night.
