What is a better option for salad dressing? I need to get away from ranch dressing! lol

Personally, I’ve always been a fan of vinaigrette dressings. My favorite is an olive oil vinaigrette by Ken’s steakhouse. I can find it at most grocery stores.

Any dressing should be fine as long as it is not overused. Personally, tuna and vegetables are compatible and easy to eat without dressing. ¬=|oO(Tuna cans are recommended✨

Bolt House has a good blue cheese yogurt dressing.

This works for my LCHF WOE. Olive oil and vinegar and add spices to taste. I mix mine in the salad (or you could mix up a week's worth). I use two or three tablespoons of olive oil and one of Braggs ACV. I then add various spices, like garlic, mustard, citrus --- lots of recipes online.

Look for Maple Grove Farms Sugar Free dressings, I get them at several stores in my area. Panera Asian Sesame is low cal and low carb. Also Walden Farms.

If there's a dressing I really don't want to give up, I use 1 tablespoon of dressing and 1 Tablespoon of wine vinegar.

I use a little bit of extra virgin olive oil and variety of flavored balsamic vinegars. Don't need much and it's a great change of pace. Fandango from the central coast of California makes the best. You can order them online. My favorite is pomegranate.

I haven't used salad dressing in years. I put a dollop of baba ghanoush on my salads. After I started doing that, I can barely eat salad dressing because it tastes so oily.

I agree with bolthouse farms, they have some delicious low cal stuff. I get on kicks where I'll put salsa and sour cream on mine. I love it.

I use a variety of bottled vinaigrettes. Most are only 45 to 50 calories for 2 tblsp. I measure them exactly. I've recently discovered Bolthouse Farms Ranch...45 calories & Blue cheese 35 calories for 2 tblsp. I used to douse my salads with dressing but have learned to eat them with less.

I use a couple tablespoons of plain greek yogurt flavored with a variety of different things like onion, garlic, spice, grated parmesan, smashed avocado, dill, salsa.....not all of them in the same dressing just something to give it a unique flavor based on the salad.

I use my olive oil mister, the bit of olive oil with a little balsamic vinegar and spices is just right for me...for very few calories

I absolutely love those salads from Harris Teeter where everything is included in the package and it’s one serving. My favorite is the Santa Fe, but I like them all. The Santa Fe only has 280 calories and that is WITH the salad dressing! It also has chicken, cheese, and corn and some little tortilla chips. You should try those, they are Soooo good! I just can’t eat lemon juice or vinegar on a salad and enjoy it at all.
