Weight in today because I over did it today. It's not that I had cravings, I just ate the chocolate because it was passing around the room. 3 pieces is all I age, but then i thought about getting "Grandma-vanilla sandwich cookies". I did not but I thought about it.
Drank plenty of water, had me running all day. Not able to do cardio but I did stretch. Now about that weight in, 198.8.
