Have been consuming lots of fresh fruit, nuts, grains, veg juices and water. On occasion I feel like something cooked and I will steam corn on the cob, sweet potato or maybe a veggie burger on thin multi-grain bread.
I have been monitoring my activity and recognize I can do better. I will take the 10,000 step challenge and hope that boost my activity level.
I am again remaking my eating style so as soon as it is firm I will post.

Things are not what they used to be.
My last post was days before the death of my mother whom lived with me.
Its taken a while to regain my momentum but I am determined to do so. In the process of grief and coping with the changes in my life; I have gained weight instead of losing. I am currently weighing in at 210 lbs. I believe this will be a long and difficult process while I regroup now to lose 35 lbs by August of 2014.
I am sorry I was not able to continue the past team challenges and I hope my teams were able to rise to the occasion and meet their goals.

Juicing is prominent;
Veggies and Fruit combinations.
More raw food than cooked.

Today was not the usual day; I didn't have breakfast; I snacked on cucumber and carrot. I didn't have pm snack and what I had for dinner was not what I planned on having at all.
Water for breakfast,cucumber and carrot. I was in the process of fixing my salad for lunch and had a couple of nibbles.
Peanut Butter Kandy cakes Tasty cake brand (2) for morning snack.
Drank large herbal tea (unsweetened, medium size banana.
Went out to lunch, left my packed lunch in the bag. Lunch was at Baha Fresh(Mexican flare). I had the veggie and black bean burrito covered with enchilada sauce and melted cheese, Mexican salad and sour cream. It covered the whole plate. I ate most of it.
After lunch, so full. All I had until dinner was water. Lots of water!
Dinner was a large bowl of pop corn, an orange and a bottle of water.

Weight in today because I over did it today. It's not that I had cravings, I just ate the chocolate because it was passing around the room. 3 pieces is all I age, but then i thought about getting "Grandma-vanilla sandwich cookies". I did not but I thought about it.
Drank plenty of water, had me running all day. Not able to do cardio but I did stretch.
Now about that weight in, 198.8.
