britt i did an hour and ten mins on the treadmill very fast walking at a high incline which was 800 cals and then i did about 50mins on the bike which was 200 cals and then i did some toning stuffs (which is the + bit)
haha ceebee i havent even started yet! tomorrow is going to be my packing day i think so its mostly done before the weekend when my family come to stay :P
