6th week: I haven't been able to do much for my weight loss for the past 2 week due to sciatica in my lower back/hip. does anyone have any recommendations to stay on track since stretching & some movements hurt to bad?

@merix8791's post is **advertising** for "Secret West African Red Tea." No secret, though. It's rooibos, an herbal tea with no caffeine or tannins and some antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. You can buy it at your friendly neighborhood supermarket or, if you want to part with a lot more of your hard-earned money, you can respond to this advertisement.

@GZ9gjg, according to @merix8791's ADVERTISEMENT, this "magic potion" does everything but have your babies for you, but there's no claim that it relieves pain.

I had to deal with sciatica for a long time. Getting the weight off and doing some stretches will make all the difference in the world. I visited a chiropractor around 4 times as well. Avoided the need for surgery by remaining active once I was able to.
