So i decided to hold myself accountable and post the gain even though i reallly did not want to see it! been good on the diet today healthy no over eating and noo carbs (yesterday was carbcity bread, pasta more bread)
Im not against eating carbs i have just found that by cutting out carbs like rice and pasta i am losing weight faster and still having energy!
today i am going to the gym for the first time in like a week :/ going to ease myself in beccause of the op but i am looking forward to a good workout. plan is to go to the gym everyday with possibly one day off to give my body a break. my origional goal for 1st august was 159lbs but i am not sure that is attainable atm so for this week my goal is 5lbs so i can break that damn barrier and get into the 160's from there i will re assess and see what i genuinly think i can do by 1st august and beyond :)
I am really worried about moving back to Norway i gained a ton of weight last time i moved and this time i am moving back into halls of residence which means freshers week and makking new friends which we all know at university means copious amounts of alcohol i really want to keep this up and keep working hard.

It's all about willpower and determination. If you don't want to drink and sabatoge your hard work, you don't have to. You can keep up the healthy lifestyle if you really want to! You have it in you.

Thanks starla i really think it will test my willpower especially because i like drinking so its going to be hard to just say no or only drink a little but i WILL do it because this is much more important to me :)
