Well, I'm tired today and I still made it to the gym. I did 45mins on the elliptical and 15 on the Treadmill AND 10 mins of weights. My diet stayed under calories but I ate many carbs and no veggies. I need to work on this. I just didn't feel like going to the store. Excuses, excuses.
