Another epic workout gawd i love the gym!
I hope i havent over eaten though before i went to the gym i ate about 700cals then i went and burned off an epic 500cals but when i got back i ate a big bowl of unsweetended museli with skimmed milk and also two slices of wholewheat bread with pbutter.
I have set myself a huuge goal this week i am hoping to lose 7lbs! i hope this isnt too far out of my reach but i gained 5lbs on holiday and i want to see a loss on the scale. its almost the end of my 4 week cycle with jayne(end of next week) the goal we set is 170lbs and i realllly want to make it!
any hints or tips would be helpful, how many cals i should eat, any little tricks to help lose the weight quick. obviously i wouldnt be trying to lose this much all the time this is just a one off :)
