workout was awesome today really hurt which i see as a good thing :P leaving for the beach tomorrow shall be away untill thursday morning i think have packed fruit/rye bread and protein bars for my meals will probably pick up a quorn burger or two for the eve although im pretty sure we will end up eating at a pub in which case its a protein bar and salad for me :P
going to try and do lots of swimming and walking and stuff so that i can keep losing :)
ate well up untill late this eve when a family friend came over and ended up buying me chips from the chinese which i love but they are soo fatty! so i have decided no weighing in tomorrow morning no point getting my holiday off to a bad start instead stay happy and motivated and not slip just because i am on holiday
