got up nice and early again today and i have LOTS to do!
got a session with Jayne my PT in a couple of hours we are starting a new cycle so a new diet plan and new exercise plans im interested to see how she changes it up.
then its home to garden some more and then get on with that coursework i have to finish.
weightwise i'm up a pound but im attributing that to TOM coming yesterday and water retention and all that fun stuff.
the aim is 5 days at the gym again this week. my goal is min 7lbs in 3 weeks which is just over 2lbs a week i think that is achievable as long as i stay focused and stick to my diet. :)
