Unfortunately this is the result of the last 3 weeks of me trying to figure out what's going to work for me. Even though I gain 3 pounds back I've realized my issues & now I can fix where I have problems in. January was my trail month! 😁 step 1: Take my medication! step 2: NO MORE BORED EATING! step 3: No more "just one wont hurt attitude" (mainly with pop) step 4: Keep working out 4-5 times a week. step 5: Dont be so hard on my self!
