I went to the doctor yesterday with some heart issues and found that I had gained 11 pounds back from the 25 pounds I lost last year. Today I am going to start working on this part of my life so that I have a life to live.
125.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 57.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
