Hot Dog! I'm on the road again! I'm thinkin' that this will work! If I can get the foods I like, that's my goal. I have put the exercises down low enough to do them daily without fuss!
I kept my calories at or under 1000 for the day. I sure wanted that cinnamon roll/butter last night, but opted for the bran buds and milk. I had to cut the servings on them to not go over the calorie amount. It was still good. Yesterday was Senior Bowling-Burned some serious calories there.
