WooHoo!! I broke past the 120s!!! I know it's just barely, but I've waited so long to be in the teens again!! Finally!! I will stay extra motivated, no mindless eating!! Also, I have eased up on intensity, of workouts, & contrary to the preferred method of exercising first thing in the morning, I have switched it up & I am doing it in the late afternoon to early evening because then I don't find myself extra hungry with the whole day ahead of me. It seems to not be as much of an issue at that time, plus it boosts my energy level at that time a day. We'll see if continuing on that plan will continue to make a difference!!
