I'm on my third day of logging my food and my new exercise program. I'm sore but other than that I don't have any complaints. It was nice being able to eat whatever I wanted without worrying about calories, but I think losing a couple pounds will make it worth it. I've definitely not gone hungry, I am just so used to snacking and that is something I've had to cut down on.
